WHO IS POWDER FOR ANGELINA

Lauren and Drew met in the summer of 2015, and found that their mutual love for music and theatrics fit well enough together that they began collaborating on what would soon become a full blown artistic project. With a bachelor's degree in Theater Arts and a long resume of vocal performance, Lauren brings power and finesse in her vocals as well as introspection and meaning to the lyrics she writes. Drew has been playing mostly anything with strings for nearly 2 decades, and with heavy jazz and folk influences he helps write music that they both hope to share with the world over.

Starting in the summer of 2017, Lauren and Drew met with producer/professor/full time wizard Gary Powell, and slated plans to record their first EP. With the help of sound engineer/producer JR Taylor, Powder for Angelina began the journey toward their first studio EP.
